The coat is fantastic and seems very well made with premium materials. However, the smell is horrible and we had to put the coat outside in our shed for days just to air it out. I'm certain this smell is due to the natural oils and tannins used in the tanning process combined with the long shipping times, but before my wife will wear it we need to get it dry cleaned, which is why I'm giving this a 4/5 rating. If it didn't stink, it would've gotten a 5/5. My suggestion is to package these beautiful coats with just a few silica gel packs to avoid bad smells that will accumulate during the shipping process.
